Ceremony

The ceremony is where we can truly tell your love story through music, incorporating songs that are meaningful and personal to you as a couple.

This typically includes:

• Guest arrival music (approximately 4–6 songs)

• Bridal entrance

• Signing of the register (2 songs)

• Exit song

Arrival is usually 1 hour prior to the ceremony to allow time for set-up and soundcheck, unless your organiser or planner requests an earlier arrival.

Drinks Reception

The formal part is over - now it’s time for guests to relax, celebrate, and soak in the atmosphere of your special day. This set usually features a mixture of upbeat favourites and romantic classics to create the perfect mood.

Background music can also be played through my PA system during breaks between live sets, either from a playlist curated by me or one supplied by yourselves, at no additional cost.

Wedding Breakfast

The wedding breakfast is often where couples choose relaxed, feel-good music: well-known covers and romantic favourites that create a warm and chilled atmosphere while guests dine and celebrate together.

First Dance

One of the most special moments of the day - a song that perfectly captures your story and means something truly personal to you both.

Evening Music

While I absolutely love performing evening sets at weddings, I always like to be honest with couples about the atmosphere a solo singer and guitarist naturally creates. A solo live set tends to feel more relaxed, intimate, and laid back compared to the high-energy feel of a full band or DJ-led party.

For couples looking for a lively dancefloor and more of a party atmosphere throughout the evening, a full band or DJ may be the better fit. However, if you’re after live music with a warm, personal feel that still keeps guests entertained and engaged, a solo evening performance can work beautifully.

DJ Playlist 

Whilst I would always recommend having a dedicated DJ for the evening if you’re looking for a full party atmosphere, I can also provide a more simple evening set-up by playing a curated playlist through my PA system and acting as a DJ between live sets if preferred.

I’m very happy to work with you to create a playlist that suits the vibe you’d like for your evening celebration. Please note that lighting and any additional visual effects are not included and would need to be sourced separately.

Playlist curation, use of PA system, microphone for speeches/announcements if needed and seamless music management throughout the evening.

Travel

Travel is calculated at a flat rate of £0.60 per mile in addition to £13.25 per hour of travel.

Where extensive travel or late finishes are involved, accommodation may be required to ensure safe travel arrangements following the event.

Hospitality

For full-day bookings or events where extended attendance is required, I kindly ask that soft drinks/water and a supplier meal be provided. This helps ensure I am able to perform comfortably and maintain the highest standard of service throughout your special day.

If booking multiple services, package discounts are applied up to 15%.
